- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Producing detailed design and drawings in accordance with client requirements.
- Undertaking engineering design calculations.
- Producing detailed design reports, requirements traceability, test plans/procedures/reports and ILS documentation.

Revit MEP
- Coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawing packages in Revit and AutoCAD
- Setting up electrical drawings in BIM (Revit)
- Creating MEP construction documents based upon red-lines and verbal direction given from project manager's and engineers
- Create drawings from rough sketches and specifications created by the engineers; prepare power plans, lighting plans, schedules, diagrams as requested
- Proficiency in the most current versions of Revit and AutoCAD MEP for modeling
- Experience with all aspects Revit for MEP projects
- A good understanding of how the BIM process applies from start to finish for a MEP project
- Experience with BIM 360
- Revit or Autodesk Fabrication MEP
Introductory offer:

Detailers
- Prepare shop drawings for fabrication and erection, checks shop drawings of other detailers, logs drawing distribution.
- Prepares detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking, etc.)
- Reviewing blueprints from the architects or civil engineers; making estimates about the quantity, safety needs, and costs of the steel
- Produces detailed drawings for steel fabricators and steel erectors.
- Create and verify layouts, design, structural and detailed drawings -Modify and revise designs
- Work from bid proposal drawings
- 2 years drafting/detailing degree
- Proficient in AutoCAD Version 2010-Current
