Staff can be terminated on 30 days' notice for your first few staff members. We back the quality of our candidates, and know that the quality will keep you committed to our brand long-term.

The average cost of an offshore staff member with My Offshore Team, is about $3,800 per month total cost.
This price can fluctuate based on the level of experience and seniority of the candidate you choose.
