CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Our candidates have a minimum of two years experience working in a residential or commercial environment with either a US or Australian builder. We can supply team leaders, managers, or staff with 10+ years experience if that is your requirement.

Rest assured that our experienced building consultants put each candidate through a rigorous testing and assessment process prior to you interviewing. You will know and understand the candidates' capability prior to the interview.
HOW CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING COMPANIES USE THEIR STAFF MEMBERS
Our clients engage staff for a wide variety of projects. Everything from straightforward production work, design and construction, migrating AutoCAD to 3D programs, 3D renders, REVIT MEP, HVAC, detailing and permitting, program maintenance, and automation, to name a few.
HOW DOES YOUR CONTRACT WORK?
At My Offshore Team, we offer no-lock in contracts. 

Staff can be terminated on 30 days' notice for your first few staff members. We back the quality of our candidates, and know that the quality will keep you committed to our brand long-term.

This price can fluctuate based on the level of experience and seniority of the candidate you choose.
