Performance Reviews

To position My Offshore Team as outsourcing industry leader, we ensure that we only supply the best candidates for our American and Australian clients.
We run structured performance reviews with your input.
We put special focus on the first six months of the new offshore staff.
We conduct a formal process of performance review against objectives before promoting them out of probation.
We will work with you to review their first three and six months, and KPIs.

  • Delegating design requirements to a Drafter.

  • Producing detailed design reports, requirements traceability, test plans/procedures/reports and ILS documentation.

  • 3 years working for AU mortgage brokers.
  • Flex, Mercury, FlexPodium, Infynity and Salesforce experience.
  • Experience with serviceability calculators.
  • End-to-end loan processing knowledge and experience.
  • Loan application preparation and submission.

  • 3 to 5 years experience as a Paraplanner with Australian clients.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Experience working with paraplanning software (Xplan, Xtools+ modelling, Wealth Solver & Risk Researcher and Flex.
  • Experience preparing SOAs, product research and selection.
  • Experience working within a centralized paraplanning team.
  • Knowledge of the financial planning environment, superannuation, tax, insurance, regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
