Experience summary

• Provides administrative duties to the company in the financial industry.

• Completes clerical, administrative, and general office tasks

• Performs general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks for special projects

• Regularly contacts the clients/vendors


• At least 2 years of relevant experience doing admin tasks for a financial company

• At least 2 years of experience supporting Australian client/s

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Proficient in MS Office
